Pros: Power, little body lean, interior versatility, brutish styling Cons: Ride quality, interior acoustics, interior materials, brutish styling
For the past few years the Detroit vehicle manufacturers have been sustained by healthy sales of large pickups and SUVs. Demand matched supply in these segments, and margins were substantial, both due in large part to the lack of serious foreign ...
Pros: Too many to list, please read on. Cons: Nothing significant.
We considered a two year old Hummer H2, a new Toyota Sequoia, and a new Nissan Armada. We borrowed a Hummer H2 and an Armada for a day from the dealer before buying, the Toyota dealer didn't allow this. After weighing all the factors, the Armada was ...
Pros: Solid, quiet, smooth , transmission, powerful engine, lots of legroom, nice features, solid interior. Cons: Not much room behind 3rd row, Drinks its share of gas.
After reading the first two reviews I was left wondering how someone can review a car without owning it? Needless to say this is my third week in my new Armada LE and my wife and I love it!!! The ride is smooth, quiet, powerful. The air noise that ...
Pros: Navi, DVD, seat heaters, 2nd row leg room, engine ,4wd Cons: Controls confusing, fuel usage, trucky ride, hard to see over dash, the payments
We have had our Armada for 3 mos. and love 95% of it. We had originally bought it as my car, but I found the controls, some of which have 2-3 functions, somewhat confusing and slow to respond. Also I am 5'5'' and found myself a little short to see over ...
Pros: Comfortable, powerful engine, lots of space. Cons: Won't fit in some tight spaces, low gas mileage.
I have 5,000 miles on my Armada. As always I left the dealer and have never had to bring a Nissan back for any issues. I have owned a 95 Maxima and 02 Pathfinder. The Armada is big. That has advantages and disadvantages. I fly radio controlled ...
I own a 2004 Armada LE 4WD, great engine power, looks great, everyone likes my truck until they ride in it...wondering if Nissan has a solution for the ride? I have only 40K miles on my 04'. Fuel economy is non-existent. This is my first Nissan, may be my last...I like their details, and all of the gadgets, bells and whistles, but the must do something about the ride. Also wonder if there are any recalls that I don't know about...maybe for suspension!
Didn't buy an Armada, may next year if it's fixed by greg102 ,Jan 04 '04
Pros: Styling, room and comfort Cons: Poor engineering and interior quality, floor mats are cheap
We drove several Armada. An issue we learned of via similar driver reviews and one pro review was the fluttering that is present at certain speeds within the vehicle. All windows up this odd air pressure flutter, much like you may experience when driving with one back window down, has convinced us not to buy this year's model. The fluttering is not evident in the rear seats. The other issue is the interior solidity. We drove two cars that had more than 300 miles on them, they rattled and squeaked in different ways. On one, when I grabbed the middle seat handle to flip it forward, the handle casing came off completely.
Pros: Drivetrain, acceleration, ride, feeling of security Cons: gas mileage, few replacement tires for size of wheels
No problems after 31,000 miles. Very good ride and feeling of safety. I don't see the negatives usually associated with reviews of this vehicle. Brake rotors replaced under warranty. I liked that Nissan came forward to address this problem rather than having a mandatory recall. This is my 5th Nissan product and all were excellent values.
great for family and trips by coachben ,Jan 11 '05
Pros: power, smooth ride, dvd, sat radio Cons: driver seat belt hard to reach, rear door handle too small.
we have had the armada for over a year now and have been very pleased. very smooth on trips. we have the dvd system which makes any trip easy. we also have the sat. radio which we enjoy every day. the front passenger seat folds flat and sitting behind that you can put you feet up, relax and enjoy the movie.
Pathfinder Armada LE4X4 ..... you would fall in love with by saeed219 ,Jul 19 '04
Pros: Power, shape, interior, available options Cons: Gas consumption & cargo room.
Rugged & Muscular, the look tells it all. Rest assured that you will turn the heads around once you are on the road. Turn the ignition on, step on the gas.........the power is all you'll experience.
Pros: Navigation, DVD, Safety features, Style Cons: It's huge and requires a lot of gas!
We just purchased the Nissan Armada and is very pleased with it. It gives us everything we were looking for in a SUV and more. I am extremely impressed with all of the safety features that it comes with. It certainly does turn heads! It has a lot of features that are really nice that is standard. We looked at several other SUV's before we came to a decision on this one. We were a little skeptical on purchasing a vehicle on it's first year out but we feel quite a bit at ease being that it is a Nissan. I would definitely endorse it.
