I've been a member with them since 2004 and is happy until recently. I called after almost a month without receiving the reward certificate from my last statement. Customer service ask me to hold, and immediately came back with an answer 'Oh, it is not in stock right now. We'll ship it to you as soon as it is available'. What? Not in stock? I am not ordering the latest gadget here, it is their obligation to fulfil their promise and immediately she said 'You have a good day, sir!', seriously that's all! We did not get into a conflict or something like that. I will try to call back again may be tomorrow.
Its actually a Chase Credit card with Amazon label. My APR was 29% and we only found out when we called their customer service. If you have one of these cards, call the customer service. I canceled it right away... they charge you 14.95 for cancellation too!!!
Amazon's service is the best. They should choose a different credit card provider.
