I ordered the vacuum on Saturday and had it by Thursday. The vacuum came in it's original package, in perfect condition. The site was easy to deal with and the price was great!! I'm very happy with my purchase and experience with Bast Vacuum.

I ordered a refurbished Dyson DC-07 Animal off best-vacuum.com's web site and received it in two days. No shipping charge or tax (I'm not in Illinois). The vacuum was in brand new like, near-perfect shape except for a small tear in one of the hoses underneath the vacuum. I emailed them and promptly received a reply from Paul, the president. He referred me to Dyson (which is what they are supposed to do in this case) and Dyson cordially sent me a new hose. I whole-heartedly recommend both Best-Vacuum.com AND Dyson vacuums.

I want to update my review dated February 2, 2004.
I purchased an Verilux HappyEyes floor lamp, unfortunately the first shipment never arrived. I have now received a replacement, in perfect order. Thank you.

When the replacement lamp was shipped, I did receive an email with the shipping tracking ID, this is very helpful to me, I can then keep an eye on the shipment, and know when to expect it.

I went to Best Vacuum's web site and looked at the different brands/models that I might need. A friend suggested Miele, which Best Vacuum sells. Since I live in downtown Chicago, it was real easy to drive over to their Lincoln Park store and pick up the one I wanted.

I had already decided to purchase the Miele S177 Upright Vacuum before visiting Epinions.com. The prices btwn the listed retailers were very competitive. I chose Best Vacuum as they were close (Chicago .... I'm in Michigan). Their UPS ground ship was faster than 3-day air from California.

Got a great price on my Dyson red/purple. It was shipped very quickly and customer service was friendly. I was a bit disappointed that they did not ship the Dyson in a carton other than the box the product is sold in, because I had heard there were problems with Dysons breaking in shipping, but mine arrived unbroken, even though the box did have some minor shipping damage.
