Awful store. They called me to push other high priced accessories, giving me the patronizing "what are you going to do with the camera without (accessory)?". After four days they called to say they were out of stock. Or perhaps the low camera prices are only for people who buy the high-priced accessories? Avoid it!!

In my opinion, the worst on-line shopping experience I have encountered. I work for a major credit card company and have a MBA. This company is a JOKE! Please see other comments and do not buy from this company. After ordering two Canon A70 digital cameras I received and email requesting I call? Just as others have previously experienced I was solicited for additional products and was told that my order could not be processed due to miscalculation of shipping costs (the only reason I ordered in the first place). Also Mark the sales clown said he could send one camera within 7-10 days yet the other would be delayed for 3-4 weeks. When I told him to cancel the order he replied fine and after asking for confirmation he hung up! Don’t make the mistake I did by not listening to the reviews!!! I failed to mention it took four days to speak to someone!

The order accuracy was not good at all, the website said that the camcorder I ordered was in stock but it hadn't even been ordered by the company yet. So I paid for 3-5 day delvery and waited 2 weeks before I called them and canceled the order, it was a big dissappointment.

Really really bad.
The site says it ships to APO addresses- it has been over two months now and they say they are still trying to send me 729 dollars worth of camera.!
It smells like online fraud to me!
They have offered no refund and even threatened to charge more shipping costs when they supposedly got the package returned ( i doubt this- i have given the correct address three times and only now do they see where the problem is).
The site says they insure their articles- patently they do not!! but charge for it.
Then when i tried to call i have been put on hold until i eventually give up!
I would never shop with them again!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews more closely before I attempted to purchase a camera from this company. I got a call from Mark Salem one day after purchasing a camera saying that the camera was no longer in stock and that they had also increased their price on this camera. He claimed that their website had been updated to reflect this information (I checked and it wasn't). He said that my camera would ship in about a week and tried to sell me some stuff before getting off the phone. It seemed a little fishy to me, so I came back to dealtime to read these reviews again. Once I realized I'd been scammed, I called back to cancel the order, and her tried to tell me that Canon has discontinued this model (a blatant lie) and that I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere (also a lie). I wouldn't ever shop from them.

I ordered a Sony Digital Camera. But since I am presently not at home they couldn't call me to attempt their tactics of persuading me to buy other goods at inflated prices. So instead, they simply do not respond to emails. Phone calls to them are not answered. You can only leave messages.

The result was that I finally cancelled the order, but a week after placing the order. Since I wanted the camera for Thanksgiving this was a great disappointment.

I ordered a Fuji 5000s Digital camera and a Sony TRV-33 camcorder for three days. When I called to follow-up shipment. They said Canadian credit card is not accepted and already inform me by email!
I never receive any email from them except the order confirmation! I sent another email to find out why but no response? The toll free cannot be used on Canada.
I am sending another email to cancel the order see what happen!

Stay away from this store! I had ordered a camcorder on Tuesday and paid extra for 3 day shipping. On day 3 I still had not even received a tracking number. I called and first was told the camcorder came with only a 3/4 hour battery and I should buy an extra one. (It comes with a 6 hour battery). Then they were trying to tell me it could not be shipped until Monday due to their hours and volume of sales. On Monday (6 Days later) I called again and was informed the camcorder was out of stock but they were expecting more in that day. (Website always showed in stock). I did cancel my order then and threatened Better Business Bureau. Seconds after getting off phone from them I received an email informing me that a shipment had just arrived and could be processed for immediate delivery if I wished to reorder. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Ordered Canon A620 next day received call from them to contact them. Called just to find out that they really do not want to sell me camera alone but want to push other items related to this camera. Was told to wait for shipment 10 days. Waited three weeks to find out that they did not even attempted to process my order. What a screwballs. Ordered same camera from BuyDig.com has in two days without questions asked and cheaper

I ordered a camera on 9/30 and they are just shipping it out to me on 10/10. I was called after placing the order, for the typical hard sell of batteries and compact flash. When I refused any additional items, the salesperson indicated that the camera would ship faster if I did. In the end I did not get the items. There was *no* indication that the item was not in stock. I called the today on the 10th and I was informed that it was just going out today. They gave me a b.s. excuse saying it was a special order, although the product was shown as being in stock when I ordered online. To cap it all off, I had paid for 2 day air and when I got the tracking number, it was indicated as ground service. These guys are the typical sleazy camera stores. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them! Update 10/17: I received the camera today and it was indeed shipped ground.

Don't waste your time with this company. They are a total scam outfit. I ordered a sony camcorder pc109 in early August. Went thru the normal call back by a sales person attempting to sell various add on's and extended warranty, which i declined. They gave me a confirmation/sales order number 100723 and said the camera would ship in about 1 week. It's been over a month now. They do not respond to email inquiry's on status of order. When you call them they put you on hold ,then pass the call to 5 different people then FINALLY say it should ship shortly (spoke with a person who gave me the name Frank). It's now 9/17/04 they have no intention of selling the products at their advertised price unless you purchase the extended warranty or additional add on's. TOTAL SCAM Outfit! Don't waste your time !!

These guys waisted my time with lies and BS. They CLAIM to have products "in stock" but can't deliver. I waisted 2 weeks waiting for my "in stock" camera to ship and it never did. All I got were lies and empty promises. Good prices but don't waste your time. Oh, and to top it all off, they talk to you like your some moron that just doesn't understand the business.

I ordered a Nikon D70 camera for delivery to my sister-in-law's home. My wife and I live out of the US but we were in the States for a week. I ordered the camera well in advance and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. I am back at my home outside the US and the camera still has not shipped. This in spite of Click for Digital assuring me the product was in stock.

Horrible! This is just another one of those online companies who utilize cheap 'used car sales tactics' to sell their 'too good to be true' priced goods. Avoid them. Pay a little more and go with a decent reputed retailer. Poor customer service, lack of emails and replies to phone calls, 30 plus days for processing orders with no status available during this process, no updates, really rude sales...AVOID this seller.

I had placed an order for a camera with this store. I received an email asking me to call and confirm the order. The email gave me times that the store was open. When I called however, they were closed for holidays ... that the email (nor the order form) had informed me about. I left 3 messages. Did not hear back. When I finally talked to the representative by calling a fourth time... I asked him to at least upgrade my shipping speed to make up for the time I had lost (4 days) because of their not being open. He refused and I took my business elsewhere. I found the experience an extremely frustrating one and will not be buying from them again.
