Called next business day to inform me that they couln't ship to my shipping address.
Tried to sell me stuff. Told me 2-3 weeks because UPS takes 10 business days to ship to me.
Ok the waiting begins.

Sent email regarding order status on 1/28/04 @8:42 a.m.
No Response

Called 1-30-04 9:00 am PST. On hold for 5 minutes

Spoke with Mike. Can't find my information. Hold again for 5 minutes. Still con't find it.

Frank: Told me they cancelled it because of the shipping problem. Told me they could
reinstate the order and it would ship in 2-3 weeks.

Interesting because we had that problem resolved within the first few minutes of the first
conversation I had with them. After we had that resolved then they tried to sell me
accessories and told me 2-3 weeks.

Order cancelled. I will not attempt business with this company in the future.

The 4-star rate on shopping.com and a reasonable price motivated me to choose ClickForDigital.com to order a Minolta Z1. Advised by many other online buyers about the availability of online goods - which are rarely correctly informed on the websites - I sent an email to sales@clickfordigital.com in order to check the availability.
I got the 'Rejected - Tired of Brazilian spam - killfiled' reply, as if I were some kind of ex-convict.
Nevertheless, I tried again, this time from a US-based email address, to info@, sales@ and customerservice@clickfordigital.com, all of them with no reply at all for more than a week as of today (Nov 11th).
I believe we buyers should receive more respect from online stores.

Sold me a $109.99 battery for my Sony video that is not compatible and now it looks like they are out of business. Beware!

I ordered a Sony 52W4100 TV from this boiler room business on August 27th, 2008. It is now October 22, 2008 and I still have yet to see my TV even with an extra $150 dollars paid for expedited shipping. The customer service is non-existent and was comprised of a guy named Mike lying to me every time I called. I have filed fraud charges with my credit card company. Do not do business with this outfit, it is a scam. You will get ripped off. 2 months and $2500 with no TV!!!

Click for Digital has the dubious honor of giving me the worst online buying experience ever. They are simply a nest of ripoff artists. Their website just takes orders, takes your money and runs -- without the slightest intention of ever delivering the item you paid for. Customer service, order tracking??? -- forget it, they don't answer phone calls, they don't respond to emails etc. Click for Digital shouldn't be on the internet or even in business, they should be in jail. Beware of this tribe of scammers!!!

Terrible customer support, terrible order tracking, almost impossible to get live person on the phone. It took me more than a month to get money back for product that was never shipped.

I have placed my order for Sony Bravia TV on july 24 2008 and paid extra $150 for expedited shipping (3-7 days)with tracking. After 4 days i called to ask if the TV was shipped and this guy talks so rudely, i was surprised that any sales company would treat their customers like that. Anyway he said that i had to wait 2 days(working days before the product will be shipped) and 3-7 working days from then. So i called again after the 3 working days since i did not get my tracking information. Again Rude! i kept calling for 3 days continuosly then they said the TV had been shipped on 29th july and the delivery company screwed up in informing me about the tracking!!(Who is supposed to send me tracking info the selling company or some other guy?) Then on August 11th i get a mail fromt the delivery company(Manna Distribution Services) saying they have received preliminary order information. The TV finally reaches me on august 15th.

They are scamming people (Expedited shipping $150 Regular free shipping 14 days free)! Be careful!! I did not like their customer service either!!

Beware! As far as I'm concerned, Click For Digital is a total SCAM OPERATION!

I ordered an item from them and received immediate email confirmation. Then,

the next day I received another email asking me to call "Mark" to confirm the

already-confirmed order. Using HIGH-Pressure tactics, he tried to sell me

accessories at two to three times the going rate, and a warranty that turned

out to be practically worthless when I later researched it. I refused to buy

anything additional. The next day I got an email advising me the item I

ordered was currently "oversold" and that there would be an extensive delay in

shipping. It suggested I cancel. I checked the status of the product on the

web site. It was still showing in stock. It has continued to show in stock

every day since then. If you read the other reviews you will see that they

consistently pull this stunt. I think the "good" reviews are probably written

by shills working for them. Biz-Rate and Shopping.Com have no control over

it, and probably can't stop the phony write-ups. You've been warned.

Ordered 3 cameras and I got the call for accessories. A day after denying the options, they told me I could only buy one camera, it's listed in the fine print. Could I have 3 If I ordered the accessories??? Bummer

pretty good prices. really lousy service. i bought a top of the line sony camcorder, extra battery and accessories. the battery required a short cord, as it wasn't compatible with the camcorder by itself. after many futile efforts to get ANYONE on the phone, Joe told me to return the batt and he would send me the newer upgrade(?) almost three weeks after they received the returned battery I'm still without the replacement.
VERY SHODDY SERVICE, WITH AN ATTITUDE

Placed an order for 52" lcd sony bravia tv in last wek of Sept., 2008.
2 days later, a receipt was sent. When followed by calling, no one picked up the phone. Once I left the voice message, never called back.

Mike, Where are you? Is clickfordigital running under another name and you are giving bad name to e-commerce. Mike, nice promises, no product...

Other consumers, Has Mike returned your money or delivered the product? ? I have not got mine? .... Think twice, your savings versus the hassle and risks. Find insurance coverage (faud protection) prior to mail order. There are many fly-bye companies like clickfourdigital.com in the online retail business. Is there any kind of police force to catch on-line criminals? Retail stores have sveral checks in place. What is there to protect consumer from cyber)

I followed with the trucking company, never shipped any product. All false telling by Mike.
