Pros: No stand by loss, hot water always available, takes less space than tank heaters Cons: Initial expense, failure rate higher than standard systems, very high power requirements.

Pros: Small, easy to service, great warranty!
Unit consumes no power unless water is flowing. Cons: Expensive initial investment for unit and installation.
High power consumption when operating.
I became the proud owner of an EEmax tankless water heater about 4 years ago.
During that time, the unit was re designed. I found this out when I called for a repair. The phone rang 3 times, and I was talking to an engineer!
He took my info, and sent a complete new unit. The installation is simple, and if you do need a repair part-it will be supplied to you. The unit is very simple inside-
Oh-it also delivers very hot water-instantly. We save several hundred dollars per year due to the fact we aren't maintaining a hot water supply.
