This product is perfect for someone who owns many CDs and doesn't like looking through hundreds to find one. The tower moves quickly through hundreds of CDs. It is very space efficient; doesn't take up much room. Minus the cons that the light is a waste and it is hard once in a while to put the CDs in and pull them out, it is a very helpful product that is worth your money.

Pros: It works fine, saves room in the living-room
Cons: If it breaks down, no help available in Germany

I have a Power Tower since years, it is very useful, but now it doesn't work any longer; I think, the transmission is broken. The motor runs, but with no effect.

Need your help for repair. The shop, where my wife ordered the tower for me, cant help.
If I'd only know, how to open the tower, I certainly could bring in a new transmission belt or anything else required.
