Omaha Steaks may have okay products (you can certainly get better locally) but their customer service is so deplorable and foul that I will never, ever order from them again.

If your order gets changed after it is confirmed or if you have a problem with an order you receive, beware.  They will not fix it and they do not care how you feel about them.
