They had what I needed, sent the model I requested and except for the fact that the model doesn't have some of the features I wanted, it was fine. I intend to return the units I purchased and try to get a different model.

For the amount of money I spent on shipping, They could have sent it by U.S. mail, it would have gotten here sooner than the 8 days it took by UPS! I'm not real happy about the time it took to receive my item. I might try someone different next time to see if I get my item quicker.

I was entirely satisfied with the entire process of selecting, purchasing, and receiving the Bosch, concept mixer (mum 7400). I was amazed at the low price at which "Now On Sale" was able to sell this item, more than 50% less than some other vendors on the internet. My only negative comment is that I received the item before any tracking information was made available to me.
