Overall it was pleasant and worry free experience. Packaging, though, could be more thought after: I received box almost twice as big, as the brand package of the grill inside. First I was worried, since the outer box was crushed a little, and packaged grill was free-shifting inside. My grill is OK,(due to exelent brand package), however, shipping sevice dosn't look professional enough compare to the whole image of the store.

The vac. is on backorder. Nowonsale.com has emailed me and, because of the price (and free shipping), I am waiting (still patiently) for it to be delivered. P.S. You need to have a third option on your last Q: "Don't know". (The "Yes" I clicked is provisional.)

Site was easy to use. Photograph of the product was helpful. I will shop for other items on the site in the future. No shipping charge and no sales tax was an added bonus!

I was pleasantly surprised about the effeciency of ordering and receiving this product, not to mention the ease in following the tracking of it. The price was right for the mrechandise, but the shipping cost was almost half the price of the item recieved. It would be nice to see more options in shipping....i.e...U.S.Post Office vs. UPS (which is more expensive).

Excellent delivery time due to proximity to shipping location.
Shipping carton arrived damaged -- a bit flimsy for weight of items inside. However, items inside were not damaged.

Ordering was ok. I was expecting an email stating that my order was shipped. I got none. I was told it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. It was close to a week before I got it. I got it unexpectedly. I was waiting to here from you that it was shipped and it will arrive soon. I didn't here from you at all. If I shop again, I would like an email stating that it was just shipped and it should arrive in so many days!

It was very easy and convenient. I purchased this as a gift and had it mailed to my cousin. They even called to verified that I had purchased this due to the different addresses. The associate apologized for having to do so, but I appreciated it as I have been involved in identity theft.
