I have made several purchaes from Pottery Barn online and I have had great service.  All my items including tables have been perfect.  I found the products are well made and durable.  In store I get great custmer service, everyone is very helpful.

I have in the last two years bought items from Pottery Barn Online Store. This included a dining table set, rug and media stand. The products have been of very good quality. I have asked them lots and lots of questions through their web site and always received replies back with good information in one or two days. Once when their delivery contractor could not deliver my dining table, they went out of their way to deliver it over the weekend. I was quite impressed by that.
Generally, extremely satisfied with customer service, online experience and product quality.
