Pros: Gets out tough stains, unbelievably appealing scent, easy to use Cons: Of course must use caution around kids.
Oh, the woes of a pet owner. And how about those of you with little babies, or kids who act like, well, kids, or dare I say, messy spouses or significant others? I know you're spill-free, and perfect. We've all been there. Spills, messy spills, pet...
Pros: nice smell, not harsh to my allergies Cons: not a miracle worker; some stains simply require divine intervention to get up...
I have had cats all my life. They've lived in the house where I grew up, and I think we've all done our part to funk up the house worse than a bunch of Frenchman. The house makes skunks put in overtime! I used resolve, however, and already I smell a ...
Pros: Works great on my upholstered chairs Cons: I'm not impressed by its carpet cleaning
I am ready to turn my house over as a testing site for stain removal products. I have three built-in mess makers that are capable of making anything and everything dirty. One of my best battles has been the dining room chairs facing off against ...
Pros: IT'S MORE THAN A RUG CLEANER...FURNITURE, TOO! Cons: NONE
I use Reckitt & Coleman Resolve Carpet Cleaner on more than my carpets. I have found that it is an excellent way to rid most fabric furniture of spots and would-be stains. The secret, with fabric, is getting the spray onto the accident as soon as...
Pros: It will get out the stains! Cons: If you use too much you will have a mess.
For as long as I can remember I have always kept a bottle of Resolve Carpet Cleaner around my house. Initially, I only used Resolve on the carpets in my home. I found Resolve to be a quick cleaner for tough stains and spills. I added my cars to the list...
Pros: It worked perfectly in a minimum amount of time.
Cons: Squeezing the bottle to dispense equal amounts of the compounds.
I own an apartment and recently a tenant(who has now moved out)allowed their dog to urinate(without my knowledge)indoors. I suppose it was just laziness they didn't want to let the dog out or left it alone for long periods of time. Anyway, the odor in ...
Pros: Lifts dirt, grime and food stains with ease. Cons: Can NOT be used on vomit or urine stains.
Yes, I am one of those hard headed women who just had to have light colored, plush carpet put into my house. "No, problem!" I arrogantly said "I can handle it just fine!" Oh brother, what on earth was I thinking. (Does this kind of wisdom just...
Pros: Easy to use, powerful, no heavy chemical smell. Cons: Does not work well on all types of cat "messes".
I have purchased several variations of Resolve Carpet Cleaner including the spray, foam and dry (granule)versions. I prefer the spray version the best, as it has a better smell, and has given me the best results.
Pros: Easy to use. Cons: Too much and you've got a wet mess.
While I think Resolve spray is okay, I have found it easy to spray too much and end up with a wet, foamy mess. However, I would be lost without Resolve's High Traffic Cleaning Granules--the one with the scrub brush on the side of the container. My...
Resolve works on soap scum and tile & grout by greeneclean ,May 23 '06
Pros: Triple Action Resolve has a nice scent, no harsh fumes & gentle on hands. Cons: Revealing your secret to the public. :-)
While searching to find a cleaner to remove soap scum off of glass shower doors I came across a comment from a consumer. I personally have tried a number of products; I even used a flat edge razor to shave off caked soap scum since nothing else seems to do the job. A bottle of Resolve carpet stain remover was all that was needed. With no effort at all Resolve did the trick! Spray, wipe with a stainless steel sponge, as this will not scratch the glass, and rinse results in every bit of soap scum to come off without any harsh scrubbing action. Resolve works great on soiled tile and grout too with the use of a grout brush. This has been a blessing not to mention the time & effort it saves.

Removed blood stains from cream-colored carpet by mimiwill ,Oct 05 '04
Pros: Removes blood easily and completely if directions are followed Cons: Spray nozzle sometimes requires several pumps to work; too much Resolve will leave a puddle
Not one week after we installed cream-colored plush carpet, our cat huntress brought a rat inside, secluded herself in a walk-in closet and proceeded to devour her prey, leaving only blood stains and a tuft of rat hair as witness to the massacre. When we discovered the remains, I reached for my trusty spray bottle of Resolve, hoping for the best, but not expecting much, because the stains had been there several days.
I followed the directions carefully, spraying only a very small amount, waiting 3 minutes, and blotting (not scrubbing) the stain with a clean sponge. After two applications, the stains were gone with no trace. Yippee!
Resolve Triple Action is Great! by mpoole5 ,Sep 08 '08
Pros: works fast! smells good too. Cons: none!
We just installed new carpet and I was moving the inkjet printer from the garage back into the office. It must have gotten too hot in the garage for the ink cartridge because it had turned from powder into a very black runny liquid. The black ink dripped a trail across the carpet and puddled on the floor by the desk before I noticed what had happened. I was in a panic!! Thankfully, with two applications of Resolve Triple Action and a little pressure, all of the ink came out! The carpet looks good as new! I'm a definite fan!!
Pros: works great removing stains from clothes Cons: cant think of one
I have never used Resolve to get a stain out of the carpet. I always use it to get stains out of my clothes. It doesn't stain my clothes or draw out the color at all. Follow the directions on the spray bottle or aerosol can as you would for carpet. I've gotten months old ink (from a tattoo) out as well as food stains and whatever else. I try to inform everyone of how well it works on your clothes!
