My back would go out periodically. I used to have the kids walk on my back while I lay prone, with some relief. I had noticed the ads for Gravity Arc and was hesitant. The dimensions didn't seem right as I am a six-footer. I finally took a chance after a distributor's rep who was six-foot four vouched that he uses it with great effect. I have been using Gravity Arc for some years now and extoll it so much that friends have told me I ought to write a testimonial. Now and then I will inadvertently make a move, such as a heavier than expected lift or a step off an unexpected curb, that used to trigger a back spasm and marvel that none is triggered. I use Gravity Arc by stretching back on it just ten times every other morning. I consider it a godsend.
