The item that I ordered had an indicated "out of stock" at every merchant that I logged onto except "The Twister Group". So I ordered. Three days later, I received an email notifying me that the item that I had ordered was out of stock. Even worse, I was billed for the out of stock item! This is my first and last time shopping at the Twister Group! Thank you for the opportunity to vent my dissatisfaction. Mr Inman

I traded emails back and forth with them. I left a phone message and they phoned me back after hours. I successfully ordered the headphones I'd wanted to order. They seem to work fine.

I ordered two batteries for my appliances. One looks like the orginal on but the other has a yellowish tint to it. So I am not sure if it is old or they didn't have two of the same color. I was also surprise that there was no packing slip of any kind in the box.

Overall experience is good. The pricing on the shipping of the item can be lowered/reduce to make the overall shopping experience @Twister Group to be 'excellent'. I would not hesitate to make future purchases of small ticketed items here, but would definitely think twice about making big/heavy ticketed items due to high shipping cost - compare to other online vendors.

The only possible complaint I could ever make is: The last four on my coupon card is the same color as the box in which they are printed. So I failed to submit them and twister allowed the order to be processed without the correct number of digits and followed up with a cancellation notice. I was out-of-town and did not get the notice for a few days. If this had been a time-sensitive order, then it could not have been reordered. I suggest a flag go up when this occurs as it does when incorrect digits of a credit card are entered.
