I have owned mine for 4 years and have never been real happy with it. Paper jams a lot. You can only fax one at a time due to jams. It is really slow and the ink is very costly and hard to find at the cheaper on line places. I have tried several times to use refurbs but it only likes a xerox package. It does fax well and is not to hard to use but the newer ones are easier.
