Pros: flat folding third row, climate controlled seats, xenon headlamps, a real transfer case Cons: Fuel mileage and even worse fuel mileage. I'm getting 13mpg *average* city/hwy!!!
This truck is over loaded with gadgets. Some are wonderful and functional like the dvd navigation system, fold flat third row seats, and dvd entertainment system in the second row. The climate controlled front seats are great once you get used to cold ...
Pros: Nav System, Creature Comforts, Audio Quality, Smooth Quiet Ride, Five Star Safety Rating Cons: needs a touch more power, no tilt mirror for reverse, no telescoping steering wheel
Being a previous Expedition owner, I already knew I would love the Navigator. The ride is smooth and whisper quiet, the handling is fantastic for a vehicle this size (it's no sports car but it's not meant to be) and it has more "bells and whistles" than ...
Pros: all the features, the discounts you can get, comfort Cons: no black leather is offered
I used to sell these trucks for about a year and at that time i didnt believe they were the best, i just told people they were the best because that was my job, however, due to my love for automobiles im going to let you know why this truck is the ...
Pros: THX Navigation system, Roominess, Smooth Ride, Comfortable Interior, What a good looker! Cons: Gas mileage, rear seat fold down screen is centered in rear view mirror.
Lincoln has always been known for its class and style but recently it has reached out to us boomers with a luxury vehicle that can find the fancy of all. With its stylish exterior and roomy comfortable interior, the Lincoln Navigator has hit a home ...
This thing is like flying low! by smart0ldguy ,Feb 07 '07
Pros: Smooth, fast and agile. Beautifully styled inside and out. Cons: glitchy rear door logic.
We got my wife a white ultimate package with all the bells and whistles. She wanted the Aviator because of the size but my son and I bullied her into the big truck as it was clearly the better value. Well, she loves it.
We do a fair amount of highway driving, and this thing is smoother than ... well, something that is really smooth!
Not only is this thing beautiful, it is super quiet and super fast. The seat are so comfortable too. We added a wood dash package which really warmed up the beautifully appointed interior.
The electronic rear door has messed up a few times, but the dealer fixes it fast. Other than that, it has been perfect. It has a super stereo and I love the seats that blow a/c or heat.
It's handling is also deceptively agile. It feels light, like a regular car and corners like a champ. No squeal or fuss. And it has power to spare.
Loaded minus the Power Running Boards by scarolinaguy ,Dec 22 '05
Pros: Road awareness, sturdy, powerful, very very very comfortable. Feels safe. Great sound system. Cons: Gas mileage (14-16), and really nothing else. Mine has 35k very satisfying miles.
Ordered my Navigator loaded (Ultimate 4x4) but had to take the rear bench seat to avoid the silly power running boards. Delivered Dec 2003 and has been perfect in every way. Would only consider trading this one if the new one had a diesel engine as the only downside is the gas mileage.
I bought navigator on August 31, 2004 in Maryland by zhora ,Sep 01 '04
Pros: Power back gate, space, big sunroof, seat cooler, coded door key-less,powered 3rd row, dvd, THX!!! Cons: Nav system sucks, no back veiw camera.
I bought 2004 Navigator. Fully loaded 4x4. It was priced at 62K. Lincoln gave me 5K rebate and dealer dropped about 6K from the sticker price. I bought it at 51K. I installed hands free phone kit $699 and Sirus XM radio.
I took few cars for a test drive before I made my decision.
When my girlfriend saw navigator for the first time, she said: there is no way I will even consider this giant p*** of sh***. After she draw one, she was so impressed, her face changed, she was so happy that we came to test drive it. Then we decided to drive Escalade and H2 you cant even compare these ones to navigator, navigator is definitely the best of its kind.
What I dont like, is navigation system. Its not at its best when it comes to route guidance. One thing I hate is that it makes you stop the car to enter destination. You cant input a destination in the GPS while you driving. I HATE IT!!!
Overall this car is the best!
Pros: safety, memory drivers seat, back up sensor, nav device, surround sound, automatic running boards Cons: gas hog of course
Bought a 2004 Navigator "ultimate". Vehicle had everything we could ever want. Navigation device, dvd, 3rd row seat, comfort, etc. With the $12,000 in rebates in was too hard too turn down. Occasionally, there was a clunking sound upon cold starting the vehicle. Dealer service department explained it as the compressor refilling with fluid. Apparently, the 2004 have a new style compressor. They offered to show my how it works on there computer. Other than clunking sound we have not found any faults with the vehicle and find the driving experience is awesome.
Im writing this review for a friend being I wont try Ford ever again.
This suv is excellent. Some what limited compared to the Cadillac escalade, but great buy for the money. Good features, excellent handling. Engine seems to run out of power after driving a while , unlime GM's Yukon/ suburban/ escalade. I didnt choose an escalade because it has that reputation of being a thug suv, and I couldnt afford a Yukon so I chose the Navigator and I am very happy it didnt end up like my friends Town car.
