"Sunset Western Gardening Annual, 1998" is an easy to understand gardening book with all the basic information on planting for your climate zone to get you started. Being originally from the east coast I found that gardening in the west was a challenge and I needed help. "Sunset Western Gardening Annual,1998" has helped me on numerous occasions with plant selection and problem situations especially with great information on plants that are drought tolerant. In the west water requirements should be a part of your gardening planning. Sunset has been around for years and is like the gardening bible of the west ...a book you can trust.
