Good support policy, any well-trained rep??

Proud owner of 2 gateway pcs, well, that is before I had any problems with them. Can't say too much about the hardware, sooner or later, they broke down, nothing's wrong with that, most pc have problems, but when it does, although you know it's coming, you are frustrated anyway. that is when customer service kicked in.
Average priced, good reputation, well configured gateway pc sure is a nice piece of hardware, good inside as well as outside, all the wires are well organized, made upgrading a easy job, quality is good, not as good as dell, but still much better than average brand. what i hate about gateway, is its incompetent tech support. I am not even talking about long holding time, troubles begin after someone takes your phone call. I spend countless hours on the phone with them, all kinds of response, the most ridiculous: Sir, I wouldn't know! the lady answered me, makes me wonder how they train these people. 50% of the time they simply asked me to reformat the hard drive no matter what the problems are, sometimes won't even let me finish describing my problem, they will interrupt me and direct me to format the disc. 35% of the time, put me on hold while they are thinking or maybe checking the documents or asking others or whatever, after 20-30 minutes, they come back and tell you to tell them the problem again, then another 20 minutes, then someone finally answer the phone, sir, you need to reinstall the windows, so call me back after you did that..., another 10% of the time, totally totally clueless!!
BOTTOM LINE
All in all, gateway pc is still a quality brand, if they can invest more time and energy into training the people, I will be happy to get a third one from them.
