In the past I have gotten a defective HP PC, I got a nice little "Operating System not found." message when I started my PC up, And then I took it back and got a refund and went to buy a custom PC, And now it was time to upgrade so I went down to a local PC store and I seen that HP had a good price, So I got a new HP. So far I love it! I always heard Celerons were slow but this one works pretty good for me. I'm glad I gave HP a second try, So far I seen that HP and Dell have the best prices/value around for PCs. HP also adds some nice programs like MusicMatch. I really haven;t seen many people complain about any type of HP product, So if you need a new PC and really can't afford a Custom one, Give HP a try, You won't be disappointed.
