My first order through EZ Prints for about 120 4x6 prints was handled quickly and easily. I have used them a few times since and have always been very satisfied with the service, quality, and ease of connecting with them. Their software (which you download onto your computer) will notify you if you send them a file that's too small to produce a good print in the size you requested. You can also do some minor editing like cropping within their software.
Note that information near the edge may be cut off. I had put dates on mine and they were somewhat cut off in many cases. I hadn't accounted for the trimming process (thus losing a bit of the picture around the edges). One of the big advantages of EZ Prints, though, is that you can work with your photo digitally before getting a print. You can add dates, correct contrast and exposure, or get really creative! If you order a 4x6 and your original file is say, 4x4, they will print white borders on either side. If you're into scrapbooking, that's fine since you cut them anyway. You can easily correct minor border problems in their software.
This service is great if you have a digital camera. I took tons of photos with my Canon S10 on a recent cruise and posted them on Club Photo (see my reviews of Club Photo and Canon S10). My sister then told me which ones she wanted copies of and I ordered them through EZ Prints (cheaper than through Club Photo). This also allowed me to use higher resolution files than the ones I posted online. After placing the order, I emailed them because I forgot to put in my sister's address instead of mine. They were able to make the change for me. Shipping is very reasonable, even using priority mail. Uploading my photos has gotten much quicker since I got a cable modem, but it can take a while at 28.8.
