I placed my order with x10 last Friday and got their
autoresponder's reply promising my order would
"ship shortly". And that they would send me a ups
tracking number. Fair enough. Only now it is
Wednesday of the following week and I have yet
to hear from them. I have tried numerous times to
reach their customer service dept, but they have
ignored all my request for an order status.
All I know is that they have my credit card number.
No wonder they don't offer any tech support...
they don't even reply to "normal" customer e-mails.
Seems to me that this company doesn't plan on staying
in business very long. For all I know they have run
out of product and are going to try to obtain as many
credit card numbers as possible and then disappear
into cyberspace. It has been done before...
