We have used other brand name computers in the past and while being fairly satisfied with their performance there always seemed to be problems somewhere along the way. About six months ago we purchased the IBM Aptiva. I use it every day and have experienced no problems with it. It was so simple to set everything up, internet and all. The only thing I am not completely satisfied with is the floppy drive. When inserting a disc you need to push it so far back it seems you finger is disappearing into the machine. This is even harder for a man since the fingers are usually much larger. So except for some broken fingernails from this problem, I am totally satisfied with the performance of the IBM Aptiva.
