I have had the pleasure of utilizing this machine for the past year and a half. I could not be more happy with the performance. With 128 RAM and a 10 GIG hard drive, you can't beat it. The Dell is a very reliable machine and has yet to fail me. I have since loaded Windows 2000 as my operating system and the speed is outstanding.
My previous portable was a Compaq and there is absolutely no comparison. The Dell is head and shoulders above. Anyone looking for a workhorse of a computer should take a serious look at this one. The battery life is comparable to most. The best feature on this computer is the screen size. At 15 inches and clear as a bell, you can't go wrong. All in all a wonderful computer that will perform under pressure and will not let you down.
