Problems with iPhone

I purchased an iPhone through Big Planet with the intention of marketing it to people who may not need a computer, but still want to be able to email & surf the net. I experienced 3 iPhone failures all with in a week or sooner of receiving them. I received 2 iPhone's that would not hang up and one that had incomplete circuits (number keys that did not work). I can not recommend it to anyone. In all fairness I was contacted a month or so after I paid to return the last iPhone to tell me that the bugs had been worked out and would I like to try another one. I declined. It had many features that I liked if they had worked like speed dialing, address book, and touch screen.
