ABS is a nice mix of quality and price

ABS has passable service and good quality. Their systems are well designed perform well. For example a pentium II 400 system I bought from them is actually running at 413mhz because of a slight overclock. The extra 13mhz is enough to increase performance without lowering the CPU life.
They use high quality, mostly name brand components and their their systems are still some of the cheapest around.
Their warranties are pretty standard with is nice from a low cost company.
My experience with tech support has been fairly good. They are usually quick to respond and only rarely assume that they are talking to an idiot :-) A problem that, as you may have noticed, most tech support people are afflicted with.
No major complaints about ABS.
Also, to the best of my knowledge, none of their employees believe they are chickens. This is a problem I have run into with other companies.
