So I decided to take the plunge and buy a new printer. I have wanted one that will do photos for quite awhile and have done a bit of research.
In general, I like big name brands and don't mind spending a bit. With that being said, this is a great printer for the money.
A couple of the features that I like right away is the duplex printing (2-sided), a photo tray so you don't have to load by hand every time just engage the tray when needed, and very nice prints.
I have an older HP Inkjet, and you can really tell the difference. This is a great printer, it prints out text pages equally well. So to say it is a photo printer does it a bit of injustice. I haven't used the memory card slots or the IR interface yet, but if they work as advertised that would be a nice feature also.
