Terrible performance, no tech support

Whe I got this CD-burner for christmas, I was totally thrilled. Now I am frustrated, angry and hopeless. Everything about this machine is complicated, buggy, and unhelpful. I can't record audio cds, there are programming errors everytime I use it, and I had a hard time even getting it set up, since there were no instructions on how to use it. The software doesn't always work, and the only cd's I've produced have been corrupted. Not only that, but I have been calling Smart and Friendly Tech Support for two weeks, two or three times a day, to no avail. I never get a person on the line, and their website is totally unhelpful. I have left my number, emailed them and faxed them, all for nothing. My warranty expires soon, so I think I'm going to return this thing. Trust me, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
PS- Toast software included is an old version so you have to update, and doesn't come with a manual book, so you have to print out the 218 page PDF file if you want to know how to use it!!!
