I decided to buy this computer because all the good reviews all lover the places so i decide to give a shot!!Spent like US$ 600 over the market price for the same configurations and was stoked!!This computer was worth every single penny until my motherboard went bad and i needed replace!!
First is impossible get hold with tech support ,yes is worst them Gateway!!
i called the non toll free # and waited almost half hour them i hang up because iam not owner of AT&T!!
Sent an email,pass 1 week still waiting for an answer!!
So finally i spoke with the sales department and they got my phone # and the tech guy call me 5 hours later!!
I sent the defected motherboard fedex next day paid by Alienware 3 weeks ago and still waiting without computer!!
Awesome computer but just pray for nothing go wrong whit it or you in trouble.Next time i will buy my friendly Dell computer again with the best support on the planet and save hundreds of dollars !!!
