I have to disagree with his opinion on the tech support. I have always had good luck with them. Yes I had problems with my computer when I go it. My modem went out 3 months after I got the computer. I called ABS and I had another one within a week. They helped me get my hard drive replaced from the company they got it through. My warranty had expired with them for the hard drive. They stuck it out with me until the hard drive company approved the replacement. When the hard drive came in (1 week) ABS had me call them and they helped me over the phone put it in. They have always been nice and polite when I have needed them. yes I did get one guy that wanted to have amajor attitude right from the start because I didnt understand what he was saying. He sounded like he had a mouth full of puppy pooh and I told him so! That was the only time that I have got irate with them. When I call I always make sure I request the same person. And they have always called back within the hour waiting time.
As far as buying a computer from ABS, I don't recommend it unless you do not mind staying on the phone with tech support. If you have ABS computer and like me are stuck with it, I do recommend using their tech support.
