Audiocatalyst is one of the fastest and most popular MP3 encoding programs in the world and can encode at multiple rates including 32,48,56,80,96,112,128,160,192,224,256,320 kps. It also has partial encoding so you can encode only a part of the song that you want. Another neat feature of this prog is it's ability to connect to a compact-disc database and fill in the artist, album, and track information. Not to many beefs with this program except for the fact it takes a bit of time to get used to (not much though). Overall this is the best encoding prog you will find and I definitely recommend you pick it up for all your encoding needs.
