NAVMAN GPS 3420 for IPAQ has problems

Pros: Shipment is fast.
Cons: Technical Support, Slow to locate GPS satellite, new software version has errors.
After receiving the NAVMAN GPS 3420 I loaded and registered the software. Everything about this process is extremely slow. After getting the software and maps loaded, I had to leave the unit outside more than an hour before it showed signals from a GPS...
