Cons: no reliability, horrible customer service.
The Bottom Line: buy a different brand. mine broke in three weeks, and their customer service is the worst.

within three weeks of purchasing this product for $279 tax, it became totally useless, (would not turn on) so i call customer service and their general attitude, (instead of being apologetic and trying to right the situation) was "well thats too bad, ship it too us and we will get to it maybe within 7-10 days, oh yea, you pay the postage even though it is still under warranty, and oh your address is a po box? we cant accept that...blah blah blah" compare this to a canon printer I had, that had problems, canon federal expressed me a new printer, with a box to ship them back my old printer in freight collect. there is a reason canon is a giant and nobody has ever heard of archos, its called customer service. also the "operators manual" told me in 26 languages how to turn it on, but didnt tell me fact number one on how to use it. even their technical department asdmits that their manual is useless.
