Pros: Very cheap plans with MANY minutes; Extremely wonderful and always available customer service
Cons: Serive coverage is spotty
The Bottom Line: If you need exceptional coverage 100% of the time, T Mobile is not for you until they get more towers, but if you want an everyday use phone, it's great!!

| Taramedic's Full Review: T-Mobile Phone Service in Philadelphia |
I switched from Verizon wireless due to the high costs. I went to a T Mobile store and purchased the most expensive new phone they had, the Samsung SGH-V205. Love the phone, plus they gave me a $100 discount with the 3000 anytime minute package. I had a problem with the phone about a month later and they have a terrific exchange program. If you have any problems with your phone, you call an 800 number and they will either send you a replacement phone while yours is repaired, or they will send you a new phone!! I received my new phone the next day and they even sent me a pre-paid package to return the defective one!! I was impressed. Every time I have called for anything, I was always able to speak to a human in < minute. The coverage seems to break up in the same spots, but I had the same spot problems with Verizon, but the service coverage itself is inferior to Verizon. I have no coverage in my home at all, which is inconvenient, but still worth the price!! I paid $350 for the phone and $60/ month for 3000 anytime minutes (local tri state area)
