| cknobman's Full Review: Olympus Stylus 400 Digital Camera |
I was very disappointed in this camera. While it has an all metal case and a compact design, it is not up to par in the most important areas. I found that for taking indoor pictures this camera is horrible. I tried every setting on the camera and different lighting conditions but every picture turned out horrible. Dont even think about using the flash because it will drown out your picture. The flash is way overpowered for just about any use. Taking pictures of people were not favorable either. Flesh tones were terrible. I did find that when taking outdoor pictures without the flash this camera did very well. The question is "who wants a camera that only takes good pictures outside?" This camera does not have many options that other cameras have but I did find that the supplied battery lasted a long time.
