Their customer service people were very rude and not at all helpful. Luckily, I found the same oven somewhere else for half the price! I will never order anything from NoOnSale.com!

Since you don't provide any info other than "they are rude and not helpful" its hard for us to respond and try to resolve this.

looking into this review, it hard to believe this is an actual customer, while the only complaints we have had so far on Epinions.com was regarding tracking and returning merchandise. (on which we have already responded and fixed)

This rating was different: "ease of ordering" was "Difficult" when 100% of all other reviews show "excellent", the same goes as far as selection.
