Pros: Low hold times, Friendly service, Ability to solve all of your issues!
Cons: I haven't found any yet!
The Bottom Line: The plan that I am on gives you 800 minutes with rollover minutes. As well as, 5000 nights and weekends minutes! This is a great plan with great customer service!

Cingular customer service has been wonderful to me! I am a new customer and have had to call with questions about 5 times!
Hold Time: I never held more than 3-5 minutes.
Demeanor of representatives: I had 5 different representatives and each one was very nice! They went out of their way to help me with whatever problem or question that I had to be solved!
Knowledge of representatives: Again, I am impressed! They all had a vast knowledge of many different things! If there was something that they didn't know, I was put on hold for a short time and they always came back with the answers that I needed!
Ability to solve issues: They have proven to me that they are willing to stay on the phone for however long it takes for you, the customer, to be satisfied.
Let me go into more detail about them doing whatever it takes to help you...
I had purchased my phone through their phone sales department. I wanted to know when I could expect my shipment. The customer service representative not only gave me the information that Cingular had but, he also went to the Federal Express website and accessed all of their information. He then, gave me the tracking number and phone numbers for Cingular and Federal Express to contact if I had any further questions!
Another representative patiently spent an hour on the phone with me explaining all of my features in depth. She never once stopped being polite!
I notice that a lot of the reviews are talking about how horrible Cingular's customer service is and I just wanted to give you an opinion from someone who has had different experiences!
