This is my first contact with ePhotoCraft.com and was based on epinions reviews. Order was just placed yesterday so can't rate delivery but expect it will be right on time. I called early on 9/30 and spoke with a very helpful gentleman named Eldar. In only an hour or so after the order was placed, Eldar called back to tell me the Nikon rep had just called them and advised them there was a $200 price cut on the D100 effective that morning and they were giving me the reduction. They could have charged me the pre-cut price and I wouldn't have been any the wiser, but they didn't. Twenty-four hours later, I find the New York stores haven't lowered their prices. Surprise. Another plus was I could actually understand Eldar -- and no pushy sales pitch from him, either. Will definitely call them again!
