Socket's bluetooth CF card broke the CF slot on my Toshiba e750 PPC. Now no other CF cards are recognized (they were working fine before), and the built-in flash ROM disk on my PPC is also not fully functional.
There was also a faint 'burned electronics' smell in the CF slot afterward. I don't know if it was there before.
Note that I did _not_ bend any of the CF slot pins when inserting the card, or try to force it in any way.
Also, Socket's "support" isn't very responsive. There are only two ways to get support - leave a message with a call-back time at a toll number, or send email and wait two business days. There's absolutely nothing live.
