I tried to purchase the Asus P4C800-E Deluxe Motherboard and the Pentium 4, 3.0 GHz Processor both worth over $600. I received a call shortly after that telling me that they could not ship to any other address besides the billing address, which could be fine unless you don't live at the billing address. I tried to explain that I am moving in a few weeks and that I don't live at the billing address yet. They didn't seem concerned in the least so I told them to cancel the order. The response was, OK. Not, "Well is there any other way we can help you?" or "Is there something you and your bank can do?", nothing. Now, who knows when I'll get my money back because they have already charged my card. I have a feeling this is going to be a battle.
