Okay.
I'm really pleased with this very small little USB adapter. I get great surfing speed out of it and it was a great choice for a microATX computer case that wouldn't accommodate a full-sized card.
I had one issue that nearly caused me to return it. Initially, I got great performance when doing anything but websurfing. When I tried to use Internet Explorer 6.0 through this device, I was experiencing speeds comparable to dial-up at about 28k. I was quite annoyed and was just about to pack the thing up and return it when it occurred to me that the problem might be the browser.
I downloaded NetScape (which I had always avoided in the past) just to see. Immediately, I was surfing with lightning speed. So I kept it and have been very happy since. I imagine that there is some way to get MSIE to work, but for me the solution was just to use Netscape (it's free anyways and I now think I like it better than MSIE).
