I had to return my leather jean jacket vest as they do run small. I sent it back with instructions for sizing to meet my needs. They were great to work with. As soon as they received my return, they started makeing a new one for me. Being the Christmas season they anticipated a 4-5 week lead time. Well I just it back today, and it fit perfect. And to top it off I got it back within 3 weeks. Can't say enough about quality and service!!
