Cons: Doesn't work like it should; technical support is very poor; device is unreliable
The Bottom Line: Do not buy this product. It doesn't function properly and the technical support from PNY is very poor and unresponsive.

I purchased one of these USB keys from Best Buy about six months ago. Just after the one month return period, the device began malfunctioning. It was impossible to delete or add files to the device. PNY's website is cumbersome, but after a little digging, I figured out how to send them an email about the problem. They quickly offered to replace the device, but made me pay for postage to send it in.
The second device worked fine for a little while, but now when I delete files from it, the device steadily loses the available memory. In other words, if I have 23 megs of files on the device and delete them, they disappear graphically from the device, but I don't regain any freed space on the device.
Several calls to PNY have failed to address this problem in an acceptable manner. One tech person suggested I would just have to reformat the drive every time I wanted to regain space. This is not acceptable, since I may have files that I want to retain, alongside those I am deleting. I was referred to that Tech's supervisor, who has failed to respond to several voicemail messages.
I'm now out the money and don't have a device that works like it should. Best Buy could care less that they are selling what is a defective product. They will not give me a store credit or exchange for the device.
