Why buy Plasma anywhere else?

After reading numerous reviews of plasma vendor horror stories including hard sell, bait and switch prices and difficult returns, I stumbled onto Visual Apex. The reviews looked good but would the service hold up? I decided to call a couple of times to talk to different sales people and see if they knew as much about Plasma TVs as I had learned over the internet and quiz their policies. All the folks I talked to knew their stuff and could describe in detail all the good and not-so-good aspects of their products.
They sold me and I purchased a 42 inch Panasonic. The Plasma arrived 4 days later, double boxed with clear instructions from Visual Apex on how to check it for damage (or to cover yourself if the deliverer (DHL) couldn't wait around for the inspection). The Plasma was in perfect condition with all the paperwork and instructions. Visual Apex called the next day to verify arrival and check on the condition of the Plasma. The only hard sell I received was the continual reminder from Visual Apex to contact them if I had any questions or problems.
I paid about $200 more than the lowest internet site - but who's kidding who? for $200 bucks I got professional guaranteed to-the-door service, no bait and switch and a company I know I can trust.
