MY EXPERIENCE

American Eagle Outfitters has been one of my favorite clothing brands for the past 6 years. The brick & mortar stores have finally made their way to San Diego, but prior to that, ordering online was pretty much my only option. I have made at least half a dozen separate orders from this online store. My orders have always arrived in a very timely manner. The clothing is packaged nicely, with very little (if any!) wrinkling. Only one have I had a problem with my order, and that wasn’t their fault. One of the shirts that I ordered was a tad too small. I decided to wait until I had an opportunity to return it to an actual brick & mortar store, as opposed to mailing it back. It was at least 2 months (I don’t remember exactly how long) before I returned the shirt to the store, and they didn’t even ask any questions! I have always been pleased with the online store for American Eagle Outfitters.


FINAL RECOMMENDATION

I definitely recommend American Eagle Outfitters online store. The site is easy to navigate. They have a large variety of clothing available (within their particular niche). Particularly if you watch the sales, the clothing is reasonably priced. They ship quickly and for a low cost. What more can you ask for?
