Received delivery on Jan 15, 04. That is great, but they sent the wrong items. I contacted them on 1-15-04 when I opened the package. Since $456 was involved, I wanted to straighten the matter out right away.
They DO NOT answer any emails (I sent 4). The toll free number will get you Internet service help on some days and on other days, the person answering tell you to call the 303 Area Code number. I Faxed them a history of the order and they have failed to respond to that. I called them 4 times and was told they would refer the problem to PAUL, who has never returned my call.
Since the package I ordered contained the more expensive engine model but lacked the one accessory I wanted, I offered to pay part of the cost difference of the engine upgrade (to save return shipping) if they would just ship the correct attachment. They have not answered any of the emails, fax or phone calls to them about their shipping error.
I contacted the Denver BBB to file a complaint and they have had that complaint since the 2nd of Feb. No answer as of the 13th. I put a stop on the charge transaction (back-charged)and am holding the items they shipped me hostage until they contact me about the matter.
In all of my emails and Fax to them (and the BBB), I included 2 emails and 2 phone numbers (work & home) that I can be contacted at. They refuse to do any of those simple things, or even say sorry for their mistake.
Why they are being so hostile toward me about their error, I do not know. They need to clean up their act if they expect customers to buy from them.
