I spent a good 12 months scouring the net for the best photo sharing / photo printing website, because I just could never find a place that did not surround my beautiful photos, with their ugly website graphics. I really want to highlight the photos with a professional look, but still get easy and quality prints, in one site. Finally, I found it, and i was signed up within a hour of finding it. I love it, and so does everyone else that I have shown it to. The membership is growing very fast from what I understand. It really makes the photos shine on their own with no distracting ads, logos or site design elements. I love how my photos pop out on black backgrounds. It was started by a couple of professional photographers, that really know how to make digital images look their best. It allows unlimited photo sharing, and unlimited album size. Most sites limit an album to 100 images. Well I just got back from 18 days in Europe, and published 1000 photos in one album, no problem. It even lets you share video files. You can co-brand your page to look exactly how you like. I have added a custom banner graphic to the top of all my pages.

The annual memberships are cheap for what you get. They also just completed a very extensive photo quality test, to see what online photo printer they should 'partner' with for ordering prints. They had been partnered with clubphoto.com, but recently concluded that ezprints.com had the top photo quality of any service. So now all their prints are processed by ezprints.com. It allows them to combine the very best of photo sharing, with the very best of quality photo printing. They even offer the great 4xD 'digital sized' prints that are hard to find. I am in no way affiliated with smugmug, I just love their site!
