Origins is an environmentally conscious company that offers high quality, mostly natural beauty products. They do absolutely no animal testing on any of their products. Origins.com almost always offers a free gift (sample product) with purchase.
SITE NAVIGATION
Origins.com is an attractive website that is nicely laid out. It manages to give tons of information without appearing cluttered. The site is quite easily navigated. It is simple to find what you are looking for. If you are looking at cosmetic products, the color may be difficult to see accurately due to a combination of the provided color swatch and the fact that different monitors see colors differently.
The top navigation allows access to the following categories - Home, Skin Care, Bath & Body, Color, Sensory Therapy, Fragrance, Hair Care, A Guy’s World and My Life.
Also from the home page there are clickable links to access My Shopping Bag, Check Me Out, At Your Service, My Account, My Favorites, About Origins, Guide Me, What’s Happening, Great Gifts, and eCards. There is a search field, and also a field to join their email list for updates and information.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping charges at Origins.com are based on your order total. They offer three forms of shipping.
Standard - delivery within 5-7 business days, ranges from $5-$10
2nd Day - ranges from $10-$15
Overnight - ranges from $15-$20
The only international shipping that Origins.com offers is to Canada. Delivery will be within 14-20 business days for an additional $5 S&H charge over the states US amount.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDERING INFORMATION
Origins.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for payment. The billing address of the credit card must be within the United States or Canada for approval. The website is secure, so there are no worries about providing credit card information over the internet. If your order is shipping to New York or Kentucky, Origins.com must add the applicable sales tax.
Gift wrapping is available (including a personal card message!) for an additional charge of $3.75.
If you must return, the S&H fees are non-refundable. It is recommended for your protection (to ensure receipt) that you ship back using Ups or insured USPS Parcel Post. Origins brick & mortar stores cannot accept web order returns. Return shipping can be pricy if you’re not satisfied. I would recommend that if you’re not familiar with Origins products, or if you aren’t certain about what you’re ordering, that you just go to your nearest Origins counter or stand-alone store instead.

MY EXPERIENCE AND FINAL RECOMMENDATION
It’s no secret that I love trying new beauty products. I have tons of partially used products. I can’t seem to finish a bottle, because I just love moving on to the next new thing! Origins is a great line, and I really love trying out their products. I have made quite a few successful purchases from their online store at Origins.com.
The ordering process at Origins.com is simple and straightforward. Once you place your order, you will be presented with an order confirmation page that you can print for your records. They also sent an email confirmation that states when your order ships and the tracking information. My orders from Origins.com have always arrived packaged safely and in a timely manner. Their standard shipping is via UPS Ground, and I’ve become accustomed to receiving my package within approximately 5-6 business days of my order date.
The last time I ordered from Origins.com, my free sample was not included in my package. I was disappointed, but I didn’t contact their Customer Service about it since it wasn’t all that big of a deal. I would still highly recommend Origins.com. They offer wonderful products, it’s fun to browse around their website, and the customer service is great!
