So far I have place two orders with Towerrecords.com and I have been completely satisfied with my experience. The first order I placed was for Anne of Green Gables the Sequel. This site was one of the few sites that carried this item, and after doing some research, I decided to go head and place my order. At the time I place my order the over was backordered from the manufacture and received an e-mail stating that if they did not find the item with in 30 days my order will be cancelled and I would be notified either when the item shipped or that the order had been cancelled, until than my card would not be charge for the item till the item shipped. About three weeks late I received an e-mail notifying me that my order had shipped and I received the item with 3 to 4 days.
Satisfied with the experience with my first order, when I was looking into purchasing Anne of Green Gables the Continuing Story, again this was one of the few sites that had this item at a reasonable price, so I deiced to go ahead and order this item from Towerrecords.com since I was satisfied with my first experience. I received my second order four days after the order has shipped.
I have found this site a great source for hard to find DVD’s at reasonable prices, also when you spend $25 or more you even get free standard shipping. As with all the sites I shop at they do not charge your card till your order ships.
