I have ended up being stuck with a signed contract with the devil. I had signed a service agreement that automatically renewed which was fine until my job required me to move every few months. My plan switched over into At&t coverage zones that I never ended up being in. So my only choice was to play $150 a month for 1500 mins no matter whose towers I was using or pay cancellation fee of $200 or have constant roaming charges. I opted for $150 a month plan hoping next place I moved would be better. But, no its hopeless. The several times I have talked to customer service have always been a horrible experience. I don't know why they call it customer service they should call it customer belittling hotline with no help available, I have never dealt with a company that had several different representives so fast to argue with you. So after a few months of my phone bill always being about $170 a month with taxes I have decided to suck it up and pay almost $400 all together to be done with them. I really hate having to pay so much money to an organization that I have such utter comtempt for. I write this in hopes that anyone who hasn't been snagged by suncom's claws yet, doesn't get caught. Suncom/At&t is a ruthless company where the customer comes last!
