Joann.com is the online store of the ever popular Jo-Ann fabric stores. I prefer the convenience of ordering online and have been happy with all my purchases.
FINDING WHAT YOU NEED
There are three main ways to find what you are looking for at Joann.com~
1. The Search option which works by item number or keyword.
2. The bar across the side of the page with 17 categories ~

3. The Shop by Brand option which has a drop down bar to choose from.
SHOPPING
When you find a product you are interested in, you can click on either the items name or picture to get more information. You can zoom in on the picture to get a better look at the product. Most items will have, “Related Items” show up along the side, complete with a picture and their price. You can click on their name or photo for more info on them as well.
To purchase an item, you put in the quantity you need and click on the ADD TO BASKET button. You can then continue shopping or head to checkout.
Once you are ready to checkout you need to give all the regular billing and mailing information. After picking a password, you will be able to have this information on file and save time on future orders.
After ordering, you will get a detailed order confirmation email. You can track your order online.
There are three shipping options available at Joann.com ~

• Priority ground: 4-7 business days
• 2 Day express: 2 business days
• 1 Day express: 1 business days

Sales tax is added to Washington orders.

I buy a lot of craft supplies and joann.com is one of the stores I order from. The site is easy to navigate, the products are just as described, check out easy and delivery on time.
I like the fact they are associated with different reward programs, offer coupons and have some great deals throughout the year. They do not allow stacking of coupons but if you are a member of their Free Shipping club, you can use a discount coupon along with your free shipping which is nice.
What is the Free shipping Club? If you place 3 orders that total over $25 each, you automatically become a member of the club and get FREE shipping on all of your orders> I am not sure if this is done on a yearly basis but I assume it is as mine is good through the end of the year. That makes me think I will need to start over January and "earn" my way back into the club. It is a good deal especially when you combine it with one of their discount coupons!
I do feel they have high shipping, especially is you just need a small item. If you purchase a $6 items, you will have to pay $4.95 for shipping as well as sales tax. Right now they are offering FREE shipping on any order ~ a nice time to try them out!
